When you experience a divorce, custody battle, criminal charges, or even an adoption - everything changes.  We know that.  We also know that having a competent lawyer to help guide you through the system can ease some of the stress.  We feel helping people is a calling and we would love to have the privilege of guiding you through the confusing legal system.

Bethany S. Stephens felt drawn to the law at an early age because of her desire for life to be just.  She felt the law would best prepare her to help people when life is unfair.  For Bethany helping and fighting for people is a calling.  She got her BA from UTD in Richardson, TX, and her law degree from Widener University in Delaware.  After prosecuting felonies for several years, she opened this firm in Dallas to help people going through the criminal system and/or the family courts. In 2018, she expanded her practice by opening a branch office in the Red River region.
